Hey everyone,
Originally, we haven’t scheduled a patch before your next DLC, but since that is still in progress and you’ve reported a few larger bugs – which is always much appreciated – we decided to release one anyway. The new major scouting features are still being tested, however, we squeezed in a few smaller changes into this build, so it’s more than just a simple hotfix. Event image panning is a new effect you may have heard of already, while House Venari and the Carpenters’ Guild becoming one another’s associates is a meaningful change in the life of the comitati roaming Terra Supra.
Hey everyone,
We are working on something special for you, especially those who would enjoy picking the Knowledge ambition in a future playthrough. Our next free DLC will feature the Sunken Tower and the Knowledge ambition victory. That’s right, you will get the chance to explore that location and in doing so, win the game! Let’s look into it, shall we?
After extensive development and testing, we are now almost ready to release several large quality of life improvements with our next build. These include Automarch, Quick Camp, daytime Hunting and Foraging, and Auto-acquire Supplies – all of which significantly impact general gameplay loops in Vagrus overall. For the sake of brevity, we have included links to posts that explain these features in more detail, though if you would prefer, you can simply watch the short video we have put together.
Following last week’s implementation of both Initiative track improvements and key bindings, the team has been hard at work on additional quality of life improvements. We’ve listened closely to your feedback, and we’re pleased to announce two new upcoming features: custom chart notes and custom journal notes.
Having just recently released our first free DLC, we’ve been pleased with the feedback so far, which has included a number of game journalists covering the release, along with the new features that it brought.
First off was Liam Dawe, the owner of GamingOnLinux; he wrote a piece on his website that you can find here. Linux gamers must be starving for some dark SRPG action, as they also covered the release with an article at linuxgamenews.com.
With the release of Vagrus behind us along with the production of the Collectors' and Emperors' Editions, we are getting back into the swing of developing new stuff for the game. We are now concentrating on our first free-LC, which will add the companion called Vorax into the game. He's been shown off before but since then he's received a bit of a visual overhaul. He'll come with his own background, loyalty questline, and unique abilities, providing players a much-needed second option for a Supercargo.
We are always excited to see Vagrus popping up here and there when curated lists of games are concerned. This time, RPG Codex's users took to vote for Game of the Year and we made top ten! We are honored that Vagrus came in 10th place from a large selection of great games, ending up in exquisite company.
Hey everyone,
we just wanted to drop by and wish all of you a Happy New Year! 2021 is ending and what a year it has been! For us, it certainly turned out to be the most challenging, exhausting, thrilling, and glorious year in a while, a true roller-coaster. Vagrus was finally released after years of development and was very well received by you, the players. As promised before, we'll keep working on the game through 2022, starting with a free DLC companion and additional stories, then moving on to a larger expansion. That means that you'll be hearing from us soon, so stick around for 2022, too.
Hey everyone,
the last few weeks have been slow. Most of our team is either on sick leave or vacation, while the rest of us have been trying to finish tasks related to our physical Vagrus products or were busy formulating plans for the future of Lost Pilgrims. Bear with us though, as we are getting closer to realizing these plans. For now, let us look at what we are working on in more detail.
Hey everyone,
We are putting out another round of fixes today. Though the list is shorter than usual, it has some bugs on it that we've been trying to squash for a while now. Hopefully, they won't cause any trouble from now on.
Important Note: Considering the extent of these improvements there is little to no chance that we broke nothing in the process. Assume that we did not want to make anyone's life harder. If you see something amiss, please flag it to us using the usual channels, like the inbuild reporting tool (F1 button), forums, and our Discord server.
