Hey everyone,
So Steam has updated its policies related to games sold on the platform, eliminating direct links from one page to another. This means that our main Vagrus page can no longer link to our Demo (Prologue) and vice versa. Before this was the case, we had our Demo (Prologue) set up as a different application, whereas now we must enable the Demo (Prologue) store page beneath the main game.
As a result, downloading the Demo (Prologue) is more convenient than ever. If you weren’t already aware, the Demo (Prologue) can be used to try either the “Pilgrims of the Wasteland” scenario or the open-world main campaign for twenty-five in-game turns (approximately 1-3 hours of gameplay, depending on your playstyle).
The ongoing maintenance of the Demo (Prologue) is something we value highly, which is why we take regular feedback on the topic, constantly tweaking and adjusting it to suit players’ needs. As recently as May, we released a new Demo (Prologue) build, with a swath of improvements implemented. However, it covers just one aspect of our efforts to improve the game on a constant basis. We also released another quality-of-life patch not long ago, codenamed Conrectus Ligaturae; this sought to address the most common feedback we’ve had through Steam and on our Discord. If you haven’t already, join the Discord – you’ll find many like-minded individuals trading info about the game, enjoying camaraderie, and interacting with us, the developers. We’d love to hear from you.
That’s all for this week, so we shall say goodbye in our usual fashion: stay safe, stay vigilant, and conquer the wasteland!
